Description	MYCRON STEEL BERHAD ("MYCRON" OR THE "COMPANY") PROPOSED ACQUISITION

We refer to the announcements dated 15 June 2026 and 6 October 2026 ("Announcements") and the Company's circular to shareholders dated 24 August 2026 ("Circular") in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements and the Circular shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that pursuant to Bangkok Bank Berhad having released the RM24.00 million loan sum representing 80.00% of the Purchase Consideration to the Vendor's designated account on 28 October 2026, the Proposed Acquisition is deemed completed on even date in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
