The Board of Directors of Mycron is pleased to propose a declaration of interim dividend of 3 sen per share under the Single-Tier Dividend in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2022; details of which are as follows :

(i) Ex-date : 21 July 2022
(ii) Book closure date : 22 July 2022; and
(iii) Payment date : 19 August 2022
