On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 16 October 2017 (Ref No: ONL-10102017-00013), approved the application for an extension of time until 22 December 2017 for Mycron to comply with paragraph 9.33(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities for the submission of the draft circular to Bursa Securities in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants.
